Our diagonal sorting device DS200 has been designed to perform both the surface inspections and measurements of small, cylindrical parts in high numbers. It can also be used to test other geometrical shapes.
Regarding the supply, testing stations and delivery, the sorting devices will be configured in accordance with the customer’s wishes.
The delivery proceeds in OK or NOK boxes, including piece number counting. Similarly, it is also possible to integrate a box station or connect to packing machines.

The horizontal HS100 sorting device allows you to test tubes or other small, cylindrical parts at high speed. The test stations can be configured in accordance with the testing requirements. If needed, surface inspections and measurement tasks can also be performed.
In addition, the supply and delivery of construction components will be configured in accordance with the customer’s wishes.
